I will
never
ever
EVER
be in charge of paying rent and collecting rent checks from my roomates EVER AGAIN. This is the last straw. I have been screwed over waaaay too many times. If someone doesn't understand the importance of having money in their account the day their rent check is being deposited, I will NO LONGER be the one to suffer from them being completely irresponsible.
Sometimes you just need to vent.
I think I'm done :)
Learn to deal on a cash only basis....then you never have to worry aout bounced checks! Hope everything goes good with your talk tommorow!
